Join us for a 1-hour interactive Lunch & Learn session, part of a three-part series hosted by the Guelph Wellington OHT Privacy & Security Working Group, with expert support from Kate Dewhirst. This session will focus on breaking down communication barriers between Health Information Custodians (HICs) and non-HIC providers.
Through a case-based review, we’ll explore real-world challenges, share practical strategies, and identify opportunities to improve information sharing and collaboration across care settings. The goal is to foster a more connected and coordinated approach to patient care.
